  • Set up of all quality parameters in all processes to maintain consistent quality products and to eliminate wastage & losses through Lean Manufacturing techniques and regular audits.
  • Set up of quality standard for incoming inspection of brought out parts and Raw material to maintain the quality of components & critical RMs. Development of vendor and new components through close interaction with suppliers, procurement and introduction of critical test with modern equipment.
  • Set of Design activity and Design of batteries for private OEM customers, export customers and Domestic market. To coordinate periodical audit by OEM customers and improvement of processes related to audit points within a stipulated time frame, implementation of changes on agreed upon points asked by customers
